    The return charges to the courier will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for the order and the choice of the courier through which the shipment is desired.

  • Make sure the products are in their original condition with tags and packaging included.
  • Pack the products in the box it came in (or any cardboard box).

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS, FOR A REFUND (CANCEL PURCHASE BY INDIVIDUALS)

 

To request the return of a product (within the legal term of 14 calendar days from receiving the package), please contact us by phone or email. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Bank details (owner’s full name, IBAN without spaces and bank or name) are sent by e-mail to the address contact@seasonsport.ro, specifying, at the same time, the name under which the order was made, a telephone number as well as series and no. By ordering in our store, you agree to return the money by bank transfer.

We do not send parcels with cash on delivery. The shipping fee to us is borne by the customer. The right to cancel the purchase is valid only for individual customers.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the cancellation of the purchase can be notified in writing within 14 calendar days (term in which the product is sent back, after sending the notification).

Careful! The returned products must be intact and clean, including their packaging (for which additional protective packaging is used, as you received the packaged product). If the products have been damaged and can no longer be sold, they can be revalued.

Definition of sales contract: any contract under which the professional transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of some products to the consumer, and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay their price, including any contract that has as its object both products and services.

The conclusion of the contract takes place when the fiscal invoice is issued and not when the order is placed or the automatic confirmation of its receipt is issued.

Mentions that the exercise of the right of withdrawal puts an end to the obligations of the contractual parties. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it). Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. The provisions of GEO 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2 point 2 OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent changes and additions.

The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should touch and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do it in a store; for example, the consumer should only try on an article of clothing, not wear it.

The money is returned within the legal term of 14 days.

If the customer has benefited from Free Delivery (delivery costs borne by seasonsport.ro), upon returning the money, the value of the delivery will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The obligations of the consumer

The products are handed over personally or handed over to an authorized person (designated courier) without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the announcement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer bears the return costs. The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

You can request the return of products in the following cases:

– Non-functional product in the first 48 hours (2 working days) from reception. If the purchased product was delivered non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, following written notification.

– Product in a damaged package. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you do not accept their receipt. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company in which the state of the package from the time of delivery is mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered. If a carrier commissioned by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred when the products are delivered to the carrier.

– Products delivered wrongly. In case a different product than the one ordered was delivered.

Return requests are notified on our website to the Customer Support Department within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We recommend you to send the products by fast courier.

In all the cases mentioned above, with the exception of the one related to defects during the warranty period, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and original documents. The products must not show physical changes, hits, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. Damage to the products or putting them in a condition that makes their resale impossible leads to the refusal of the return.

The company will not be held responsible for any errors that may appear on the site, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the site, settings, or updates to the database, nor will it be liable for errors that occur due to the use of certain browsers for visiting the site or for updating products and prices.

There is a possibility of differences between the image of the product presented on the website and the physical product itself, especially regarding its color shade, design or accessories. They do not affect the functionality or destination of the product.

Any other problem related to the products and services presented on the site will be resolved amicably within 30 days from the date of written notification of the problems by the user. In the event that the dispute was not resolved amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts.

The shipping fee is displayed on the order page, before completing the order.
